You have questions... We have answers. If you don't find the answer you seek, not to worry, just contact us.
Our first priority is to ensure your suit is not only built exactly to your specifications but it feels like it as well! We want you to enjoy and to be proud of our products, which is why we offer full support to you after you receive your order. Our commitment to you includes paying for alterations at a local tailor or remaking the suit for you if you feel the fit of the suit does not meet your expectations.
In the event that your new suit does not fit as impeccably as you had expected, we will cover up to $75 of alterations at a local tailor per suit; $25 for shirts.. It is our way of making sure your new House of Bespoke suit or shirt meets your fit and finish standards. This also gives us a chance to learn exactly how you'd like your future suits or shirts to fit on your next order.
You can request a remake or an alterations refund via the My Account area.
Because we want you to wear the garment for years to come, we tailor our suits utilizing a special craft that allows for the suit to be altered after the initial build. This allows the suit to be altered as your body style changes as well. However, this also allows you to modify the suit if you feel the initial build does not fit well enough. If this is the case, please print out the Alterations Form and present it to your local alterations tailor along with your suit. Please request that the tailor input the adjustments on the form and specify the charges for the alterations. Once the suit is altered, visit the My Account area, click on the order number and select the Alterations Request option. Please enter in the changes from the completed Alterations Form on this page and enter in the cost of the alterations. Please note that HB will reimburse you for up to $75 for the alteration on your first suit.
The great news is that once the suit is altered and you have successfully submitted the measurement changes to HB, your future suit orders will now be 100% accurate and you will never have to go through the alterations process again. If you feel a future garment still requires alterations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve your concerns.
Although it is very rare, there are occasions when a suit may need more than alterations. If for some reason your suit cannot be altered by your local tailor, we will work with you to access whether the suit or shirt needs to be remade. Eligible remakes will have to be applied for within two weeks (14 days) of receipt of the garment. House of Bespoke does however, reserve the right to deny a remake request if the suit can be altered locally at a reasonable cost. Shipping charges on remade garments will apply.
If the tailor expresses any concerns about the alterations or if you or the tailor feel that the suit needs to be remade, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve your concerns and ensure a speedy resolution to the issue.
